We felt it was essential that we reassure you that we will be here to support you through this difficult time. We have implemented a COVID-19 management plan here at Ellis Lloyd Jones. Our robust IT infrastructure has enabled us to allow most of our staff to work from home whilst retaining a normal service for our clients. All our staff continue to work.
Payroll, VAT and other services will continue as normal.
Our offices continue to be manned but with minimum staff. Reception is still operating so if you need to drop any books or records in you can do so as normal. Special distancing measures have been put in place to facilitate this. Wherever possible client meetings will now be held via video conferencing or telephone. Where a face-to-face meeting is essential, we will contact you in advance to ensure appropriate distancing procedures are observed.
